2. As I was travelling alone with two young children and had already settled them into the room, it would have taken more effort to move rooms then to walk around the wet towels on the floor.

3. When we arrived we noticed that our fridge was leaking and while they did send a maintenance man to fix it after calling the front desk 3 times, all he did was put down towels on the floor in front of the fridge.

10. It smelled horrible, the elevator is a mile from my room so it was suggested I take the stairs, I really needed something to drink and every soda machine in the hotel, not just my floor, did not work.
