1. The first night we were there, people were outside our room making noise and we called the front desk and they said they would take care of it.

3. In addition I became ill, during the stay, called the front desk to get information about availability of an on call doctor or a local immediate care clinic nearby, front desk was most unhelpful, and could not offer up anything other than to go to the emergency room of a hospital.
