The room was incredibly noisy and I complained about the
children
running around in the hall at the front desk.

Overall I liked the room, but traveling with two
children
who anticipated swimming at the hotel and then finding it closed upon arrival was extremely disappointing and when we checked in we found a set of car keys and trash under our bed (and we were traveling with a 9 month old who is crawling) which was pretty bad.

children
run and scream down the halls and in the rooms, it would have been a perfect visit to Chicago.
