1. I am only 4'11" and have bad knees, so getting in and out of bed was a big issue.

Overall I liked the room, but traveling with two children who anticipated swimming at the hotel and then finding it closed upon arrival was extremely disappointing and when we checked in we found a set of car keys and trash under our bed (and we were traveling with a 9 month old who is crawling) which was pretty bad.
