4. Check-in took way longer than we would have liked and so we didn't get to use the pool because it closed by the time we got checked in (30 minutes).

5. The only problem was that the pool was not staying warm on two of the nights of our stay which disappointed the kids because it was too cold to swim in it otherwise.
