1. The "french doors" to the bedroom didn't fit right, so opening and closing them if you go to bed later or get up earlier than your travel companions will wake them up.

2. Also you can't beat having a living room with a couch, tv, computer desk, fridge, microwave, etc. Plus the couch pulls out to be a second or third bed.
