3. The coffee maker had black chunks in it, the elevators smelled, the man at the front desk was nice at first, later I ordered a pizza and he gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen when I picked it up.

9. The hotel was very nice but had no free coupons for breakfast which we usually get and they stuck us in the farthest room from the elevator which was difficult with tired kids.
