1. The rooms were small, the tv was old and had a buzzing sound, the beds were uncomfortable and they put a $25 pending charge on my account and never made me aware of it.

5. When the desk clerk saw that we had a child with us, she offered us the option of 1 king or 2 queen beds and suggested that they would be glad to bring a pillow top to the room for the hide-a-bed sofa.

9. My only complaint is that the beds, while extra-ordinarily comfortable, are bolted to the walls, and rooms are laid out back to back, so your headboard is bolted to your neighbors headboard.
