10. first things first, i can say the people were friendly, my friend and I came to stay here for a small Chicago vacation, and had never stayed there before, we ate at Pappadeaux that night which btw is AMAZING!but anyways we wanted to bring food back but wasnt sure if we had a fridge, we called and the lady at the front desk who proceeded to upgrade us to a suite for free.
