1. You most definitely will want to rent a car (I recommend EZ rent a car 1 block away), there's not much around this place for a few blocks (other than the ripoff Thai food place next door and a shady little convenience store across the street).

2. Yes it is on a busy street, so there is some traffic noise and yes it is a two storey building so there are foot steps heard if the room above is occupied, but nothing major.

3. Finally i had to leave the airport with my heavy bags go out to the main street to catch the # 174 bus.

4. There is a wonderful Thai restaurant next to the hotel, a mexican restaurant down the street a ways, laundramat and a SafeWay are within walking distance.
