The hotel did not have a shuttle, i called when i landed in Seattle and someone gave me instructions on how to get to the hotel by using a shuttle, light rail and # 174 bus, noone at the airport could assist me with the instructions, The airport personnel said the light rail was not operational, I was there for hours asking everyone and noone would assist me.
