1. That should be enough right there, but when you add in the (unintentional) retro vibe, balcony off every room, and the perfectly quiet sleeping conditions at a VERY reasonable price, you have me.

10. For the price; we had absolutely no problems; spacious bedroom; adequate pool and sunbathing area; helpful staff; Inn, perhaps a bit dated (carpets and furniture) but no trace of mildew or dirt; my wife would have been the first to complain.
