6. I will most likely not return to Santa Barbara and, if I do go back, I would spend the extra $100/night and stay next door at the Doubletree Fess Parker Hotel, where the rooms are set away from the busy street, the rooms are quieter, and the service/amenities are more 'resort-like.

8. I had an ocean view room that was huge, there were all the amenities, including bathrobes, hair dryer and so on, and I enjoyed my continental breakfast overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
