It is in a warehouse district that is a very short ride to downtown (about 5 mintues) - for those who like to walk, you could walk to downtown and it is in walking distance to the restaurants in the Third Ward --- but even though it is safe to walk in the area, it is not a pedestrian filled area and may feel a little desolate especially at night.
