1. Almost every time we walked into the building we had either the security person or vehicle concierge (or whatever his job title is) there with a friendly attitude and smile on their face holding the door open for us.

4. The staff is quite friendly and helpful - we had the concierge call a taxi to the airport for us, and the next morning, we woke up to find a limousine taxi waiting for us (for no extra charge over a normal taxi!).
