3. penthouse is NOT a penthouse, no rooms with direct oceanfront view, very small unit, no beach access, tiny lawn, no BBQ or any amenities and unfriendly staff and incompetent manager of unit who charged us $25 for his mistake and was out of the state with no back up support for guest issues.
