Very disappointing - stayed 2.5 days, decided to check out due to the following:1] Room interior is dirty, carpeting & furniture are old and unkept, smelly - poor housekeeping service 2] undesirable residents [looks like 'prof' men/women] hanging around the hotel's lobby/entrance area - since this hotel shares w/tenant residency - definately would not recommend taking children/family 3] If I'm not in - the telephone message stated that the room is unoccupied instead of voicemail svc.

4. There is no internet service in the lobby, no gym, etc. LUCKILY it does have air conditioning, however ours did begin to leak which was pretty grosss.

6. They are doing work in the elevator lobbies and hallways but the work is done during the day so you are not bothered.

7. While we had to wait going up for the elevators in the lobby, signs tell you what floor they are on and there are places to sit while you wait.

8. The worse is waiting for that elevator and then finally making it up to the 30th floor to find the door key was not working and go back down to the lobby.
