1. I didn't agree to pay any additional fee and after arguing for a while I did get the upgrade without fee but the front desk person was obviously upset with me and gave the cold-shoulder treatment after that.

2. When I asked to move to another suite that had enough beds for 5, I was told that all the one-bedroom suites that could accomodate 5 were unavailable and the only option was to upgrade to a two-bedroom suite with a fee.

3. The following morning I again contacted the front desk and got the same person that told me I would not be charged additional fees for checking out early, so I called another hotel that I found in a quieter area and checked out right away.

6. I do hope that this hotel will one day have its own wireless or high speed internet access; but whether you pay for it via Time Warner Oceanic or through hidden fees in your room fee, it is all the same in the long run.
