1. It didn't appear that they were new sheets and although the room had a bathtub, the drain was missing part of it and there was no way to plug it to retain the water.

2. I was solo in my room so I didn't need new towels daily and I didn't have my sheets changed out daily, just had bed made up.

3. They will give you the option of changing sheets daily or once every three days and same with towels.

4. I called the front desk and they said they change sheets every 3 days to conserve and if you wanted it done more frequently, you could request it with the green and white sheet of paper on the beds.
