7. We arrived at 2pm and she tried to first make us wait out by the pool, then in their lounge, then tried to send us to another restaurant, and finally she did not approve of where we sit in the lobby.

'Sequoia' checked us in promptly and explained to us where everything was (elevator, pool, eCenter, breakfast, etc.)The double room was a good size but the closet was VERY small and in an inconvenient location that was difficult to access (in the corner with the vanity area blocking half the closet door).
