3. Only complaint is the location of the breakfast room is in the basement as opposed to upstairs at the Hotel Aspen which has a great view.

4. Our room didn't have any real view, and the location of the Molly doesn't seem to lend itself to any views.

5. - Room = some older fixtures, spacious, fairly clean (stains on carpet)- Bathroom = spacious, nice jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks, shower, no complaints- Deck = spacious, nice view, DIRTY furniture, spiderwebs in corners- Overall = spacious, nice enough TV, fireplace = great.
