7. I throughly review and research hotels before I stay, and was impressed with the reviews on this site and the time that the manager took to respond to negative reviews(which I found were mostly people that expected the world from the most budget room or high maintenance pet owners that wanted a red carpet and doggy biscuits waiting for their dog).
