1. There is construction and the lobby is completely out of commission - leaving guests to search for a place to check in.

2. our room was a little stale at first, but they fixed that and we had a little misunderstanding with the check-in people about there polices but they sent a bottle of wine and a gift basket up to the room soon after, which was nice of them.

I planned a few days with my daughter from Houston and i am from Tyler to shop at the galleria before Christmas i wanted a hotel close by so i picked the marriott Dallas Addison Quorum Galleria when we got there the check in clerks was not friendly at all then we had to pay $10.00 each to park at the hotel.
