If you are having a package delivered to the hotel, as I had made an online purchase which arrived at the hotel a couple of hours prior to my checking in, the hotel did not inform me that they would be adding additional charges to my bill, even though I had phoned them in advance letting them know and when being handed over the package the staff said nothing.
