1. Oh it's all good tho we got a 'free limo ride' to this place and a courtesy shuttle bus to take us 10 miles into and back out of Seattle each time tipping the driver who was a nice guy but was not on time as in an hour late to pick us up at 11pm after the game, after walking 3 miles to our shuttle bus pickup at Krispy Kreme donuts.
"Hated it, terrible owner, lame staff Bates' Motel owns this place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/18/2011 Vote
2. Lastly, when it comes to getting to and from the hotel, the Greyline shuttle is the best.
"Great hotel for the location! So close to everything downtown. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/7/2010 Vote
3. Immediately across the street from one of the stops for the airport shuttle, you are only a few short blocks from the Seattle Marketplace, the Monorail to the Space Needle, and access to the mass transit system for Seattle.
"Great downtown Seattle location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
4. When we arrived we were dropped off by our shuttle from the airport only to be told by the hotel they had people that had stayed over and they would have to send us to the Nexus Hotel -9 miles out.
"Beware -Zero stars " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/5/2011 Vote
5. They moved us to a hotel that was several miles away in the university district and told us to walk next door to a shopping center to catch a shuttle to that hotel.
"Beware -- Horrible Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2011 Vote
6. It took us over 40 minutes just to deal with the situation at the Roosevelt plus the shuttle ride, plus the check in process at the new hotel.
"Beware -- Horrible Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2011 Vote
7. I came from airport on Grey Line Shuttle ($15) and was dropped right across the street.
"Ask about elevator before you book! Check in is at 4 PM, none earlier " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2010 Vote
8. Skip The Fisherman's restaurant down the street from it (mediocre at best & in similar price range) and as far as transportation to/from airport, the Gray Line Airporter Shuttle is fine coming from airport, but DO NOT get the round trip ticket(s), as the bus never showed up for us after waiting over an hour and finally rushing to take a cab.
"Excellent location & charming hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2009 Vote
9. An added feature was the airport shuttle drops off and picks up across the street for $11.00.
"My new favirote venue in Seattle " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/14/2008 Vote
10. It's also only three blocks away from a bus route that takes one to the airport and bypass expensive taxis or shuttles.
"great location for conference " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/20/2009 Vote
