1. I did not see a room obviously, but this review requires a rating of those areas.

2. I stood in the lobby and spent the next 1/2 hr calling every hotel in the area and, finding them all to be full, ultimately drove 3 hrs home at 2AM after having been up for nearly 24 hrs straight.

3. I proceeded out to the shuttle bus pickup area and stood, in 34 degree temps, for over an hour waiting for a shuttle bus.

4. There was some middle school football game in the area and the kids used this area to 'gather', if you know what I mean.

7. But there were a number of issues (minor by themselves, but so many that the overall impact was negative) such as the magnetic room card use to enter and leave the parking area didn't work, nor did the replacement.
