1. When i checked in, they had 1 room left, and so my room had a floor with a little bit of a slant to it in the bathroom/closet area, but room was very clean, and nice balcony.

2. My room was very outdated along with cigarette burns on the blankets and nightstand, threadbare sheets, a broken closet door, and a tub that backed up when you turned the water on (probably from the big glob of someone 's hair that I could see in the drain - the drain plug was missing).
