1. Probably closer hotels to the zoo but we chose a one bedroom suite so the toddler would be able to have a quiet nap while we were in the next room.

3. The shuttle driver was friendly, helpful and conscientious, the drive to the hotel was exactly 10 minutes as advised, the night staff (David, I believe) prompt and pleasant, and the suite - well the suite was nicer than expected.
