1. Having a fridge, a microwave, and a TV with inputs for a gaming counsel was a splendid surprise and mostly overshadowed all the other unpleasantries as I needed something to warm up my 1 and 3 year olds food and a fridge to put drinks and left over food in.

2. When we gently inquired with the receptionist she seemed flustered, and hurriedly rushed to a locked closet and handed the 6 of us packaged muffins and offered milk from the desk food shop for 'free'.
