1. Holes in the carpet and stains on the counter tops, dirty blankets on the beds, hair in the drains,the security lock was pulled out of the door, TV didnt work right, and SMELLY.

2. The room was very spacious and to have both a king size bed and a convertible sofa in the room was pretty neat and gave the kids a great place to sleep as it was close to the floor.

9. when we arrived the lobby was nice but that was the only thing we we got into our rooms there had not been clean the floor was dirty and the mattress on the bed was stained brown the sheets and bed cover was also stained.

10. We had to ask for clean towels, the beds were not made daily and in one of the four rooms we checked into the bed was wet when we checked in so we requested another room.
