2. Check-in was a hassle, lost hot water (then all water pressure) in the shower my first morning, toilet handle broke the second night, and iron was never hot enough to press the wrinkles out of clothes.

8. There was a water main break directly in front of the hotel, so the water in our room was 'chunky' and discolored, and they provided bottled water in the breakfast room, but it was still disgusting to watch the water come out of the shower in the morning.
