3. The bad news: I had to clean someone else`s toe nail clippings from the carpet before I could really feel comfortable, the lobby REEKED of old cigarette smoke and I suspect there are rats about in the building.
"Decent stay and a great value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/2/2007 Vote
4. When I finally checked in after a very slow valet parking service, I saw a little sign in the lobby apologizing for some construction activity.
"The joke is on me " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/10/2012 Vote
5. The night time staff was unaware or did not care that I was in the lobby so they condocted business as usual, the older lady (3/9) behind the counter was short with costumers on the phone and after she hung up, she made disparaging comments about the callers to her coworker, that were totally inappropiate.
"Great Time in Indy (Big Ten Tourny) " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2012 Vote
6. The lobby and free breakfast areas were large (if you have a big group), but was mostly empty during my stay.
"Downtown deserves better... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
7. The lobby is definitely not a place you'd want to hang out.
"Crusty, Oldy Moldy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/10/2010 Vote
8. This one is nothing to look at from the outside and has a boring, dated lobby area, the rooms are boring and a little dated, too, but they have the popular white comforter look on the beds, and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable, and that's the most important thing anyway.
"Comfy bed in heart of downtown " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
9. Lobby area is not as nice as other hotels and front desk staff appeared helpful at times.
"Convenient Location - No Frills " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2010 Vote
