1. Kara, the Assistant General Manager gave us her business card that also included the hotel phone number and gave us instructions for our return shuttle from the airport.

2. On check-out, a woman I assume was the manager (she wasn't wearing the sweater-set uniform of the other clerks) gave us a really hard time about a food item on the bill that we asked to have removed (it wasn't ours).

3. The hotel was a pleasant stay, complete with continental breakfast, an onsite restaurant (which we used and enjoyed), a Starbucks coffee shop, free wi-fi, a flatscreen HD TV (which originally did not work properly, but the manager responded within minutes & had it fixed within no time), and a free shuttle to and from the airport.
