1. Free parking [you can even drop your car off here and avoid parking fees during your travel], free www, free breakfast [somewhat limited--fruit/yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels--but more than enough for me], huge TV, great sitting space, very nice bed.

3. Rack rates were $89/night on the Hyatt website, but I booked it for a $37 bid on Priceline ($49 inclusive of taxes and fees).
