6. Another example, the only real option at this hotel is valet parking, one of our guests forgot his boots in his vehicle, and when he talked to concierge about where his car was to get them, they just went and got the boots for him, and delivered them to his room.

8. Our room was right by an alley, and I had the pleasure of being awakened by garbage trucks at 4 a.m. Valet parking at $22 is also a bummer, but there didn't seem to be any cheaper options in this part of Indy.
