1. If you are not expecting luxury but are looking for a decent, quaint, friendly, quiet, clean place to stay then I recommend the Windsor Inn.

2. If this hotel ever decides to repaint and re-carpet, it will be a very nice boutique hotel, but until then I would not recommend it, as it seems the rooms are hit or miss.

5. The hotel is close enough to the Whitehouse that I was able to hop on a bus at the corner and very close to some lovely shops and eating places - I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel .

8. If you like small structures, with friendly and helpful staff (French spoken in the evening!), we recommend Windsor Inn.

9. If you want glitz, glamour and marble floors then dont come here, but if you want squeeky floorboards and a place with a bit of charm at a reasonable price then i recommend it.
