2. I was there for 4 days and during that time I saw two people trying to check in at the front desk but there was a problem with their reservation.

4. It's very old and oddly lit, after you check in you are faced with a pretty steep stairwell (no elevator), and the staff doesnt seem willing to help with luggage.
