3. We booked this for the beginning of our 'Road Trip' round USA stayed 3 nights excellent value for money, rooms where good (four Adult size people in one room , so bound to be a bit crowded), Cleaned daily extra towels when requested, excellent location, felt very safe, walking distance to main sights, even in 100 degree heat.

4. I actually liked that the towels *weren't* really thick and that they *didn't* leave two pounds' worth of bath soap - hand soap - face soap - shampoo - conditioner - mouthwash - hand lotion - shoe mitt and all the usual plastic crap.

Pros: Location, value, the housekeeper at the 8th floor was very accommodating and kept our room very clean and neat, even gave us extra towels, very very close to the metroCons: There were two full beds instead of queens, the room was poorly lit, no full-body mirror, no view (I didn't need it anyway I was there only to sleep), no free wi-fi but there is a pay internet in the foyer.

9. Room service was not 24/7 so if you needed towels or anything you have to go to the front desk yourself.
