5. Staff was very courteous and even gave me a brief (2 minute) tour of the facilities on the lobby level, showed me the business center, breakfast area, etc. Room was a large king suite with separate sitting area, well appointed.

20. we had a group of 13 people, we had an excellent stay, the rooms were large, nice to have the sleeper sofa and wet bar areas, actual bathrooms were a little old-bathtub did not drain well, breakfast was good--only concern was that during the busy time in the am-alot of food ran out and the staff could not keep up with filling things, pool area was nice, staff was extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to help if anything was wrong, GREAT STAY.

21. Our room on the 14th floor was lovely, nice and bright, loads of lamps, large work desk, and very comfy king bed with down pillows.
