2. Great value in general but particularly with free parking for hybrid car (we have a Prius) and free wifi.

3. Best of all there was free parking right across the street because after 6:30 on Saturday the meters are free.

Only the smallest of complaints - 1) the continental breakfast was minimal and not very good; I'd use the coupon for a free drink and eat elsewhere; 2) there are no coffeepots in the rooms, but there is coffee available in the lobby each morning; 3) there was some noise from the street at night, but it wasn't too bad - you might want a room not facing the street if you need it to be very quiet to sleep; 4) parking at the hotel is expensive and anywhere else in the neighborhood it is also a hassle and will cost you - but that's D.

8. On top of that they have an eco-program so if you drive a hybrid car you get free parking there which can save a bundle in DC (so if you're renting a car, ask them for a hybrid -- it's usually only a little more these days).

15. Kimpton runs specials a lot so signing up at their website got us the blossom package with free breakfast and parking (huge savings).

16. As a fan of Kimpton hotels, I was pleased to take advantage of the 'Weekend Play Dates' package which amounted to a $129 a night rate (good, but not the best part) and FREE parking (that's the best part) at this hotel.
