1. Parking was free at the hotel, so I'm not sure where the person parked that said they had to pay for parking.

2. The hotel is clean, has underground parking, and a decent free breakfast.

3. Since we were no longer interested in exploring downtown Nashville, we actually ended up leaving The Hampton Inn day earlier than planned and went out closer to the airport where room prices were lower, rooms were larger and parking was free.

Its about 5mins walk to Broadway where the honky tonks are, its across the road from the Country music Mesuem (which is a MUST!if you like country music, dont know why you woulod be there if you didnt actually) Clean, free breakfast, coffee all day and cookies brought out in the afternoon, rooms quiet and loads of parking spaces (bit pricey).

5. Originally when I booked this hotel, I was under the impression there was free parking after reading multiple reviews on this site stating the free parking bonus.

28. I was surprised how expensive the hotels were in general in Nashville, but we wound up with a good deal at the Hampton because the parking was free (other hotels charged at least $10 a day) and they offered a free breakfast in the morning.

31. As others have noted, the location is great, staff is terrific, rooms are large and quiet on the parking lot side, free parking (unusual downtown), a very large and inviting breakfast area with lots of tables for guests and an enclosed business center.
