1. LOVE the pillows on the bed -- I have a permanent neck injury due to a car accident many years ago, and usually I have to crumple, beat and adjust pillows endlessly.

3. I did have to call the front desk for coffee (for some reason, I only had decaf) and extra pillows, and they were brought upstairs promptly.

4. This was the only hotel that was thoughtful enough to provide a 5th pillow(all rooms were double bed, so the other hotels only had 4 pillows, two per bed, even though they knew we had five guests) and also extra bedding.
