1. Very reasonable rate, nice view of the river, nice and quiet, close to downtown and a good selection of restaurants.

(The restaurant/lounge is downstairs without windows and although they have lightened it up to prevent it from being dark/dreary, it still has an ever-so-slight 'basement' feel - but with such an awesome view from your hotel room itself, why linger?!)The ONLY drawback we could find was the bathroom in the room (the public bathrooms downstairs are extremely large stalls however.

3. The balcony rooms have a great view of the river and step out of the hotel on the Centennial Trail alone the Spokane River.
