1. No matter what time of day, if you see an employee from housekeeping to management, everyone greets you with a warm welcome and a smile.

2. This was the attitude of everyone we came in contact with in the hotel, from the front desk, the young ladies who delivered champagne and strawberries to our room, the friendly housekeeping attendants, the breakfast cooks and bartender (complimentary hot breakfast, and cocktails at night).
