1. Beautiful views from the rooms that overlook the river, many nearby restuarant an bar choices, activities on the adjacent river and a large movie theater.

We had a lovely view of the river and cascades, a fireplace, large room, etc. The complimentary breakfast was the best that we had in 12 different hotels - not crowded, real scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. Also, the location is great in the Mill District - we had a nice walk, window shopped and had great peruvian food.

3. Lovely view, close to the Old Mill district, a collection of shops and fine as well as casual dining, Anthonys and Greg's Grill had lovely views of the water and sunsets (Anthony's seemed overpriced, Greg's Grill was better and less expensive, same great views and outdoor seating).

9. Helpful staff, nice large room with a river view, one minute walk to the Old Mill so I didn't have to drive to eat, drink or be merry.
