1. The shower did not work 100% properly as I had to pull very hard to convert to the shower.

I fixed the toilet's lift chain because it was set too short so it constantly flushed; the diverter valve (the knob that switches the tub from shower to faucet) was very hard to move; I fixed the closet door because it was off its slider and wouldn't open; the light between the beds was broken (the fixture was loose and jiggled, and one side worked intermittently); and the drapes didn't close completely so the room was never totally dark.
