1. We will certainly book a room again when we return to San Diego~ Note on the homeless we saw two but far away from the Inn, the neighborhood is nice, and further west of the Inn are very nice homes, over all its close to downtown, 3-4 miles to Anthony's Fish Grotto, and about a mile to Old Town.

3. They offer free breakfast, free wifi, and have free shuttle to and from the airport, to the GasLamp District, Convention Center, etc. While it's not the same as being directly downtown, it's a great price and gets you there.

4. If you're going to San Diego and want to stay near the Gas Lamp District or downtown, you'll find most hotels VERY pricey.

5. The hotel has a shuttle which is supposed to go to the airport and downtown, but whenever we tried to take it to downtown, it was too full with people going to the airport.
