3. * Never once did they offer to bring anything up to my room, replace it or reward me for being patient, I had to do all the work myself* Pretty nice shower though The management really doesn't give a damn about this dump and it shows.

Cons I encountered: TV remote was finicky (staff resolved), no in-room climate control (staff made adjustment upon request), unable to pickup strong enough signal to take advantage of the free wireless services, cracked tile in bathroom and corner stall shower only (didn't really make a difference to me).
