Square footage of the room is good and amenities are nice (fridge, nice TV), but at the end of the day, this is a really old building full of historic oddities and decline: uneven floors, damaged (but painted) walls, tight/twisty stairs and hallways, phone-booth sized 'elevator', etc.Late at night, the neighborhood is a bit creepy but I don`t know if that`s endemic to Philly or just this neighborhood in particular.
