1. So we wiped the mirrors the best we could to get ready and swept up the paint chips with a towel after every shower.

3. The bed linens were torn on the bed as well as two of the towels in the bath, coupled with a very mildewy shower ( very gross) and dirty carpet in the suite.

4. the rooms are super nice and clean, did have one problem one morning woke up to take a shower and the handle broke off, called down to the front desk and figured its 6am they probably dont have anyone here who can fix this till 8 or so.

6. Minor complaints - the 'In room services' book had only a room service menu, no info on things in the hotel, and no list of phone use prices; shower somehow allowed quite a bit of water onto floor despite that the curtain appeared fully closed (perhaps because shower head sprays to all sides).
